Position Overview

The Product Systems Application Administrator manages our global product catalog and acts as a stakeholder for all CB product and purchasing systems (Ecommerce, Salesforce, and Axiom).  This role works with multiple business units, including Finance, R&D and several technical groups to solve problems and drive technical solutions.  The Administrator will also assist with service ownership for the product infrastructure (owned by Enterprise Software). 


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with R&D and other business groups to develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
  • Scope and prioritize developments based on business and customer impact
  • Consult, develop, and maintain products for the global product catalog
  • Provide support through communication, analysis, and planning
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Help proactively support product and purchasing systems (Ecommerce, Salesforce, and Axiom)
  • Identify and present innovative solutions to the purchasing infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot reported problems and provide resolution to issues, including working with business customers to resolve their roadblocks

Serve as subject matter expert of pre-sales, purchasing, and fulfillment processes

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Technically Savvy
  • Good communication ability, both verbally and written, at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience making complex and detailed changes to systems or data
  • Proven track record of communicating with senior leaders
