The Call Center Level 1 Help Desk Technician role is part of the Corporate Operations/IT department and is responsible for aiding and contributing to the incident response team within the Call Center. Based in Norcross GA this individual will be responsible for supporting Level 1 incidents for employees and ensuring escalations are handled in a timely manner. We are looking for an individual who loves technology and would like the opportunity to learn and grow with a cutting edge company.


Job Requirements:

Basic Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service experience is vital
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and business skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies is a must
  • Coachable and willing to adapt to changes

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred

Technical Requirements:

  • Effective IT Troubleshooting Skills
  • Ability to Support a user group of 1000+
  • Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence
  • 2+ years experience with enterprise-level support
  • CompTIA A+ Certification or comparable preferred
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Excellent phone skills is a must


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of current PC operating systems, printing, networking, and application environments  (mac and windows)
  • Effective and efficient organization and time management skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good telephone skills and customer service orientation
  • Flexibility in dealing with a combination of simultaneous projects and tasks
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet extremely tight deadlines
