Summary of the Job:

Broadbean is looking for an entry-level Compliance Coordinator to join our team and drive projects for our small business to mid-market clients.  As a Compliance Coordinator, your primary role will be to manage employer state posting accounts to ensure OFCCP compliance.  You will work with client teams and state representatives to obtain state requirements and manage credentials.  This is a position with large responsibility and high exposure, for this reason, it’s critical to have excellent communication skills, be business process savvy, as well as have strong organizational and time-management skills.

 

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Under direct supervision, works on routine projects and tasks utilizing the established processes and procedures.
  • Serves as a resource to deliver OFCCP Compliance projects
  • Maintains and manage compliance state accounts for all OFCCP customers
  • Streamlines compliance processes to ensure client state accounts are approved by state representatives and remain inactive status
  • Develops key partnerships with various state representatives
  • Coordinates with states, clients, and implementation team to ensure accounts are up-to-date
  • Partners with Implementation Project Managers in ensuring state credentials are set up in accounts and OFCCP projects are delivered in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoots state job posting failures alongside the Compliance Support team
  • Creates project workflow for successful execution of OFCCP implementations
  • Liaises with internal teams including Product, Implementation, and Support for process improvement
  • Assists internal and external teams in pulling individual customer reports and answering compliance questions
  • Provides compliance-related updates to leadership, internal and external stakeholders
  • Follows Broadbean/CareerBuilder’s implementation methodology and best practices to deliver an optimal client experience
  • Partners with clients to understand their business operations and initiatives through a consultative approach to recommend the optimal state distribution setup to achieve their compliance goals
  • Reviews and stays up-to-date with changes in state websites
  • Communicates consistently and effectively keeping all relevant stakeholders up to speed with project progress, risks, and milestones

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    This role does not have supervisory responsibilities

     

    Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.

    Minimum Years of Experience:


    1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles preferably in HR, Recruiting, or Project Management.  State credentialing experience preferred.

     

    Physical Demands:

    • Frequent phone and computer use
    • Creating written communications
    • Able to sit/stand at a desk
    • Able to bend, sit, stand, lift boxes or equipment (between 0-15 lbs)
    • Able to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally

CareerBuilder employees are currently remote. We do have offices based in Chicago and Atlanta. When it is safe to return to the office, you will have the ability to continue to be remote or utilize the Chicago or Atlanta offices as determined by your manager.
