Summary of the Job:

We are currently seeking a professional with experience in and Zoho Administration to join our Business Operations team supporting our global Salesforce and Zoho platforms. Our fast paced team relies on Lean Development Principles to support a variety of line-of-business applications and data analysis/manipulation processes, primarily around salesforce/Zoho automation and improving productivity with our sales and customer support teams. Our team has several strong Salesforce/Zoho developers on it already, so we’re looking for a strong and Zoho Administrator.


The ideal candidate will have experience in the Zoho and Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including working with Opportunities, Orders, Leads and various Sales Processes and Workflows, as well as Cases and the Service Console.


Ideally our new team member will have 2 - 3 years of experience as a Zoho and Administrator, developing workflows, page layouts, security configurations, sharing rules, etc. Certification is a plus, but we care more about knowledge and experience than test taking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and speaking, are invaluable in this role.



Essential Responsibilities:

  • Be the 1st Point of contact for Sales and Support team to address their queries regarding Zoho and SalesForce.
  • Create Dashboards and report to suit business needs as and when required.
  • Gather Business requirement around all the related systems and needs and be able to solve the problems and needs.
  • Customize and maintain existing client applications, enhance page layouts, implement business-tier logic, primarily with
  • Design and implement new workflows and triggers, as well as troubleshoot and enhance existing complex workflows within Zoho and Salesforce.
  • Conduct training across all stakeholders.
  • Be responsible to migrate data from one system to another.
  • Build and enhance Zoho/ Reports and Dashboards
  • Work with Zoho and a complex Salesforce security model including Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets
  • Help extend our data model in Zoho working with new custom fields and objects, while keeping an eye on the big picture regarding integration points and data cleanliness.
  • Assist other team members in supporting end users in all areas of the business, answering usage questions and suggesting creative solutions to challenging business problems.
  • Troubleshoot reported user problems with various tools and applications, and provide resolution to issues, including interfacing with business customers to resolve their complaints.

Job Requirements:

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • com Administration experience, specifically marketing integration applications, such as Pardot, and familiarity with Gainsight
  • SOQL query familiarity and data analysis & manipulation experience
  • Experience with data migration and cleansing tools such as DemandTools, dbAmp,, content management or document creation tools such as SpringCM, CongaComposer or Drawloop
  • Experience with content management or document creation tools such as CongaComposer.
