Summary of the Job:

As we continue rapid growth of our global HR Software as a Service operation that is fueled by groundbreaking technology, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for working with an assigned book of business to ensure high client engagement, adoption, and return on investment. You will proactively consult your assigned book of accounts throughout the entire lifecycle on product training, best practices, and demonstrate how CareerBuilder products help clients achieve their business goals. Your focus is account management, customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales to drive product usage, identify opportunities for growth within accounts
  • Responsible for client engagement, satisfaction and delivering exceptional service to maximize client experience and ROI
  • Ensure excellent client experience, resolve issues, product training, product usage evaluations
  • Conduct Quarterly Business reviews with key partners, including providing product roadmap insights and key recommendations.
  • Act as point of contact for client and own all aspects of success for assigned clients. Answering questions, resolving issues, providing training, driving product usage and client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in CSM (Salesforce)
  • Become a subject matter expert on CareerBuilder products, human resources, recruitment landscape, and how the economy impacts today’s workforce.
  • Become an expert on all account's integration, product set, organizational structure, history with CB, and future objectives.
  • Directly identify and communicate risks to the success of the contract life cycle or the client relationship and escalate accordingly.

 

Job Requirements:

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong presentation skills, specifically at teaching and adapting teaching style based on audience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong relationship building, customer service, and networking skills
  • Detail oriented

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities

Education:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Minimum Years of Experience:

2-5 years

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent phone and computer use
  • Creating written communications
  • Able to sit/stand at a desk
  • Able to bend, sit, stand, lift boxes or equipment (between 0-15 lbs)
  • Able to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally

 

This role can be based out of our Chicago or Atlanta office, but given the current COVID-19 environment, all teams are working remotely until it is safe to return to the office. Candidate interactions and interviews will be 100% virtual due to COVID-19.
