We believe Customer success creates lifelong customers The role of a customer success manager is vital for organizations that offer subscription-based products. Not only does a customer success manager help reduce customer churn, but they are also responsible for enabling customers to make the most of the product on offer eventually resulting in generating more revenue. The candidate will be working closely with the India sales team.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Customer Onboarding and Training: Delivering training on a virtual platform to ensure customer usage.
• Account Escalations: Timely response to any alerts, issues, and red flags through customer support. It can be directly from a customer reaching out for any issue or overdue customer support ticket. This ensures that you control the fire when it is small and manageable.
• Customer Feedback /Periodic health checks: Check client usage reports and recommend best practices to maximize client ROI
• Communication updates: Timely updates to clients on any communication about new features, new products, tech innovations, and changes in current systems, etc.
Job Requirements:
Required Knowledge and Skills:
• You are strategic, organized and a master at generating and cultivating relationships
• 2-5years of Experience
• Self-starting attitude and an aim to advance in the company
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills

• Flourishes in a fast paced, team environment and handles time effectively
• Open to working between 5 pm and 2 pm IST
• Well versed with Microsoft Office and Salesforce

Bachelors Degree
Minimum Years of Experience:
2 years of Sales experience with min. 1 years with Careerbuilder
