Job Summary:

We’re seeking highly motivated, highly organized Field Marketing Manager to join our fast paced, high performing team to drive multi-channel prospect and client events and support the marketing and sales team goals and objectives.  In this role, you will meticulously plan, execute and measure field events and tradeshow presence.


Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end field event program planning, project management, budget and logistics collaborating across departments
  • Align marketing activities with business priorities in collaboration with marketing and sales leadership to drive brand awareness, lead generation and pipeline
  • Manage: the day-to-day planning and execution of prospect/client facing events, industry conferences and tradeshows, including pre- and post-event communications and attendee management.
  • Collaborate: across departments to contribute to meeting design, agenda development, brand building, and event communications and marketing.
  • Communicate: provide consistent and clear communication of events program to all stakeholders, including internal briefing documents for specified events and conferences. Work alongside the Marketing team to design, document, and execute innovative multi-channel marketing programs for CareerBuilder’s events.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with promotional & print vendors and maintain the best relationship possible.
  • Budget Management: You will oversee, manage, and wrap-up event budgets with internal teams and vendors
  • Manage event KPIs - forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of each event


Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years working experience in a field marketing/events role
  • 2+ years of marketing for B2B high-tech products/solutions
  • Detail-oriented, team-oriented, multi-tasking pro
  • Proficient in
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools (Pardot) a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Project management and contract negotiation skills essential
  • Think creatively and work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Travel ~25% for onsite event management and production
