Summary of the Job:

Integration Solutions Consultants (ISCs) partner with sales/success reps to help increase revenue and achieve sales goals within CareerBuilder’s most essential customer accounts. ISCs, in an unbiased fashion, use their technical, sales, and recruiting software business acumen to understand client needs and collaborate resources to present the best possible solution design while also deepening existing client integration to protect and maintain account revenue.

The ISC III is responsible for consulting, troubleshooting, and implementing new/advanced integration requests using existing CB technology and occasional custom solutions where necessary. ISC’s collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure customers and CB are positioned for short and long-term success, including but not limited to: Sales, Automated Posting Solutions, Operations, Client Support, Product Development, Integration, Business Development, and Customer Success.  Being consultative and solutions-oriented are critical for this position as is fostering and leveraging partnership relations with our customer’s key 3rd party vendors and systems. A full degree of creativity and latitude is expected in this role to facilitate the delivery of results to our business.

 

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • You will uncover technology requirements, develop a solution sales strategy with the sales team and create effective presentations that address customer requirements and specific needs (core & advanced integrations)
  • Understand our salesforce’s selling philosophy and practices in order to present technology solutions to them and customers in a way that’s tailored to the specific audience. IE:  keeping it simple to an HR group vs. being more technical with an Engineering group
  • Lead introduction to integration training for sales/success rep new hires
  • New ISC coaching, shadowing, and ongoing training as needed
  • Maintaining cases in the Salesforce queue. Both personal cases and quality assurance reviews of ISC I/II cases
  • Work with Product Development during the technical implementation of new products and solutions and be an active part of the rollout to ensure proficiency and understanding on the customer side
  • Act as a calming voice and unbiased consultant to ensure the customer’s best short and long-term interests are at heart in any product/solution pitch or meeting
  • Participate in customer meetings/calls and forge in-person relationships when necessary
  • Fulfillment of specific product integrations (testing and Verification included)
  • Documenting recommended and existing setups within Salesforce
  • Maintain and respect internal Partnerships

Job Requirements:

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Objectivity, detail, creativity, diplomacy, team-player, eagerness to learn, and well-respected in their subject area are all attributes that describe this individual
  • Good facilitation and consulting skills to gather requirements to fulfill requests. Uses assertiveness as appropriate to ask clarifying questions, dig deeper in problem-solving, and ensure solution integrity
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, XSL, SQL
  • Proven history of learning new technology

Education:

Bachelor's Degree

 

Minimum Years of Experience:

3+ years

 

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent phone and computer use
  • Creating written communications
  • Able to sit/stand at a desk
  • Able to bend, sit, stand, lift boxes or equipment (between 0-15 lbs)
  • Able to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally
