Summary of the Job:

As a Contracts Manager, you will be a key member of our global legal department, regularly collaborating with key stakeholders in Operations, Sales, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and other functions. This position will manage legal contracts and negotiations, and ensure that they reflect all negotiated terms and conditions. This position is remote.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, redline, and negotiate a wide range of inbound and outbound agreements, with a focus on SaaS Agreements, but also including services, consulting, marketing, licensing non-disclosure, data privacy, partnership, and reseller, and other commercial agreements based on the Company’s contract guidelines
  • Assist in management and maintenance of company standard contract templates that streamline the contracting process, and reduce friction with customers, while mitigating risk for the company
  • Interface with internal stakeholders and external parties to gather specifications and terms necessary for contract drafting and negotiations
  • Support General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel’s as needed with various reports, presentations, spreadsheets and other documents for the Legal group, the senior management team, as requested
  • Manage customer complaints and incoming subpoenas
  • Work with Counsel to ensure that each office is up to date with corporate filings and that we are in compliance and able to do business in that state

Job Requirements:

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial, licensing, and other technology-related agreements and supporting Sales reps in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data privacy experience, including reviews of DPAs, related security exhibits, standard contractual clauses, and similar documents to comply with GDPR, privacy issues, etc.
  • Demonstrates a detailed understanding of key legal and commercial principles and obligations found in IT contracts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Salesforce experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - both phone and email

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have direct reports



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Paralegal certificate

Minimum Years of Experience:

  • 5 years of contracts/negotiations experience


Physical Demands:

  • Frequent phone and computer use
  • Creating written communications
  • Able to sit/stand at a desk
  • Able to bend, sit, stand, lift boxes or equipment (between 0-15 lbs)
