Summary of the Job:

The Major Account Executive, Broadbean is responsible for selling Broadbean’s suite of products, from small deals to complex solutions that align with the client's vision. Most importantly, you are an expert at solving problems by researching your clients/prospects, learning about their industry and business, and identifying challenges, they currently and prospectively may face. You identify multiple decision makers throughout organizations and present meaningful data and information to illustrate their pains and propose meaningful solutions. You are strategic, organized and a master at generating and cultivating relationships. Tenacious and driven, you are truly passionate about helping your clients/prospects become more efficient and profitable.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to your clients by identifying and consulting with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and build a business case for Broadbean’s software solutions.
  • You will serve as a product expert and support a specified vertical in selling the Broadbean product.
  • Customer experience comes first. You must have an innate ability to engage, support, and service your customers.
  • Sales must be your passion.  A competitive spirit and extreme focus to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • You will become a subject matter expert on human resources, the recruitment landscape, and how the economy impacts today’s workforce.
  • Each day your focus will be to identify opportunities, create the business case and close the sale. You are able to own the entire sales lifecycle and have complete control over your success.  
  • You are able to articulate the value of new services to the new and existing client bases and continue to expand the business with a set of nationwide accounts.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience selling to C-Suite buyers
  • Experience selling to HR buyers
