Responsibilities 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to your clients by identifying and consulting with key decision makers to understand their business needs and build a business case for CareerBuilder’s solutions 
  • Maintain a strong outbound cadence, contacting prospects through cold calling and email communications  
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities 
  • Set meetings and create new business opportunities for sales representatives across all business segments
  • You will become a subject matter expert on human resources, recruitment landscape, and how the economy impacts today’s workforce.   

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 6 months+ experience in related field  
  • Able to self-motivate and work independently  
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic  
  • Strong sense of initiative and desire to achieve
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with conceptual sales, solution selling and value-based selling 
  • Experience with B2B sales
  • Experience selling to HR buyers
  • Experience with software or services  sales 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • No

  • Frequent phone and computer use
  • Creating written communications
  • Able to sit/stand at a desk
  • Able to bend, sit, stand, lift boxes or equipment (between 0-15 lbs)
