 We are currently seeking a Administrator to join our Business Operations team supporting our global Salesforce platform. Our fast paced team relies on Lean Development Principles to support a variety of line-of-business applications and data analysis/manipulation processes.  The team’s focus is primarily around salesforce automation to improve productivity within our customer support and sales teams. Our team has several Salesforce developers and administrators and we’re looking for an additional administrator with experience working on large, complex Salesforce implementations.  

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.  This includes a solid understanding of Cases, Entitlements, and the Service Console as well as Opportunities, Quotes, Orders, and various Sales Processes and Workflows.  This is a chance to join a great team in a learning environment and sharpen your skills with us.

Ideally our new team member will have 2 - 3 years of experience as a Administrator developing workflows, page layouts, security configurations, sharing rules, etc. Certification is a plus, but we care more about knowledge and experience than test taking skills.  Excellent communication, both written and verbal, are invaluable in this role.

Essential Functions

  • Customize and maintain existing client applications, enhance page layouts, implement business-tier logic, primarily with
  • Design and implement new workflows and triggers, as well as troubleshoot and enhance existing processes within Salesforce.
  • Build and enhance Reports and Dashboards
  • Work with a complex Salesforce security model including Roles, Profiles, and Permission Sets
  • Work with custom objects and fields to extend our data model in Salesforce, while keeping an eye on the big picture regarding integration points and data cleanliness
  • Assist other team members in supporting end users in all areas of the business, answering usage questions  and suggesting creative solutions to challenging business problems.
  • Troubleshoot reported user problems and provide resolution to issues, including interfacing with business customers to resolve their complaints.


Job Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field.

Required Technology Skills

  • Administration experience.
  • SQL query familiarity and data analysis & manipulation experience.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with data migration  and cleansing tools such as DemandTools, dbAmp,
  • Experience building custom UI components with Skuid
  • Experience with content management or document creation tools such as CongaComposer
  • Familiarity with marketing integration applications, such as ExactTarget, HubSpot or Pardot
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, the ability to write complex SQL queries, stored procedures and SSIS
