Office Locations: Bangalore, India and Noida, India 

Broadbean is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team to create and build out Broadbean products in a timely manner while ensuring a positive client experience through high-quality service and communication. Core responsibilities include: implementing advanced, complex technical Broadbean products, overseeing overall implementation, and confirming products are ready for customer consumption.


Major Responsibilities/Activities

  • Function as a subject matter expert in our system’s functionality and how customers use our products
  • Implement Broadbean products such as Search, Talent Search, Programmatic, Applicant Ranking, Diversity and Auto-Post
  • Assist Implementation Project managers with documentation, account builds, and configurations
  • Review accounts during go-live, troubleshoot issues and work with clients to resolve this
  • Work on ongoing and one-off projects including Renewals and NMR migrations
  • Maintain Departmental Standards for Quality and Satisfaction Metrics 
  • Share ideas with the team collaboratively. Ensure the team’s focus remains on customers. Take ownership of and pulls through on overall implementation for accounts

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) or equivalent experience 
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in software application support or service organization 
  • Working knowledge of or a similar CRM system preferred 
  • Knowledge of web scraping techniques and mapping
  • Required to work during APAC/EMEA/US Business shift hours
  • English language required, French or German is a plus
