Broadbean is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team to create and build out Broadbean products in a timely manner while ensuring a positive client experience through high-quality service and communication. Core responsibilities include: implementing advanced, complex technical Broadbean products, overseeing overall implementation, and confirming products are ready for customer consumption.
Major Responsibilities/Activities
- Function as a subject matter expert in our system’s functionality and how customers use our products
- Implement Broadbean products such as Search, Talent Search, Programmatic, Applicant Ranking, Diversity and Auto-Post
- Assist Implementation Project managers with documentation, account builds, and configurations
- Review accounts during go-live, troubleshoot issues and work with clients to resolve this
- Work on ongoing and one-off projects including Renewals and NMR migrations
- Maintain Departmental Standards for Quality and Satisfaction Metrics
- Share ideas with the team collaboratively. Ensure the team’s focus remains on customers. Take ownership of and pulls through on overall implementation for accounts

- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) or equivalent experience
- 2 - 4 years of experience in software application support or service organization
- Working knowledge of SalesForce.com or a similar CRM system preferred
- Knowledge of web scraping techniques and mapping
- Required to work during APAC/EMEA/US Business shift hours
- English language required, French or German is a plus
