Position Summary

As a Leader in our Sales Operations team, you will work closely with our Go To Market (GTM) leaders as a key partner to drive SFDC efficiency and process improvements that result in business growth. This is a working management role where you will roll up your sleeves and dive in.  You are able to see the long-term impact of today's decisions, supporting a rapidly changing organization. You will have an impeccable level of integrity and drive to get things done. 

You are passionate about helping our GTM teams by proactively seeking new opportunities to mature and scale the business. You are a self-starter who is proactive, collaborative, flexible and adaptable; you take initiative to regularly and effectively participate in, manage and prioritize cross-functional teams, projects and requests. You consistently exhibit domain knowledge and expertise in key industry and organizational areas. As a result, you are seen as a strategic partner to senior business leaders with high visibility across the organization.

 

Duties include but are not limited to

  • Manage a team of analysts and specialists, supporting the Sales and/or Client Success teams, driving projects to create efficient sales cycle processes, with a focus on automation, to help the teams acquire and grow our client base
  • Exhibit passion for pioneering innovative and highly effective tools and processes
  • Define and measure critical GTM metrics, create forecasts, and design dashboards for the teams to easily understand the health of the business; find opportunities and build strategies to help them hit their goals
  • Work with the business system team to design, improve and implement new Salesforce features and 3rd party tools as well as effectively communicate solution benefits and ROI to business users to drive adoption
  • Own deal approval processes and forums with a focus on developing progressive improvements
  • You will work with GTM Enablement to train and support the growing GTM teams as well as support the growth of your own team
  • Regularly evaluate and audit Sales Operations analytics, processes and tools to ensure they are aligned with changes in the business
  • Serve as a liaison and provide consistent thought leadership and customer service to senior stakeholders in sales, product, marketing, technology and operations
  • Monitor, analyze and present area effectiveness to leadership via Weekly and Monthly business review packages
  • Own multiple global case queues and meet team SLA's
  • Align with CB Analytics to ensure consistency in data and reporting information
  • Work closely with other functions to proactively manage and resolve business and operational issues in an innovative, efficient and effective manner

Job Requirements:

Experience

  • Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in sales operations
  • 3+ Years Managing a team and developing individual contributors
  • Advanced analytical and modeling skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data
  • Proven process improvement, lean methodology experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate key information and status to Executive leadership.
  • Excellent customer service skills required. Must possess a high level of interpersonal skills including the ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations.
  • Experience with SalesForce.com and Tableau; Einstein Analytics a plus

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field- MBA Preferred

 

**This role is remote. All CareerBuilder teams are currently remote due to COVID-19. When it is safe to return to the office, those teams will transition back to the office, but this role can remain remote.**
