Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst, your mission is to serve as a central strategic & consultative hub for the Sourcing Solutions and Managed Services businesses and ensure that deep insights generated through analytics, processes and tools translate into scalable, actionable and measurable impact.  Using your proven analytical abilities, you work with multiple sources of quantitative and qualitative data to produce insights for business problems.  You focus on providing high caliber, quality deliverables and use top tier communication and relationship-building skills to provide excellent customer service.  You are a self-starter who is proactive, collaborative, flexible and adaptable; you take initiative to regularly and effectively participate in, manage and prioritize cross-functional teams, projects and requests.  You consistently exhibit domain knowledge and expertise in key industry and organizational areas, and ensure governance of a streamlined and consistent process for data analytics.  As a result, you are seen as a strategic partner to senior business leaders with high visibility across the organization.



Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Support all System Admin functions for all departmental users within key technologies (Bullhorn, Axiom, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Develop & Maintain Performance Reporting (Revenue, Submittal vs. Expectations Activity, Bandwidth Tracking, Lost Clients)
  • Manage and optimize 3rd party vendor relationships & contracts
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of producing impactful solutions that scale across the organization
  • Serve as a liaison and provide consistent thought leadership and customer service to senior stakeholders in sales, success, product, marketing, technology, finance and operations
  • Determine the right analytics, processes and tools needed for analyses
  • Compile and deliver meaningful insights and recommendations that the business can interpret and act upon
  • Effectively communicate solution benefits and ROI to business users to drive adoption
  • Regularly evaluate and audit sales operations analytics, processes and tools to ensure they are keeping up with changes in the business
  • Work cross-functionally to identify and prioritize business problems

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in economics, Business, math or science
  • Background in sales, operations, analyst or consulting role required (2-5 years’ experience)
  • Demonstrated history of operational process automation and improvement
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint,, and other internal systems and sales tools
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to service customers cross-functionally and through influence
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Distinctive project management skills, including the ability to handle and coordinate multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure while executing complex strategic and operational initiatives in a quality manner
