Sourcing:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to build a recruiting plan to attract top talent based on forecasted headcount, turnover and changing talent needs.
  • Daily communication on sourcing and selection wins, obstacles, and issues (along with relevant solutions); consultative advice on best practices for hiring.
  • Analyze recruiting trends, best sources, and recruiting metrics to guide Hiring Managers. 

Screening & Selection:

  • Lead the screening, interview and coordinate the offer stages of the hiring process.
  • Review and qualify applicants based on application / resume, track record / experience, thorough interviews (phone / in-person) that measure candidates’ technical and functional knowledge and leadership skills using behavioral and competency-based questioning techniques, and recommend top candidates to Hiring Managers for final selection.
  • Manage job openings and regularly monitor performance; remaining agile and making adjustments to the recruiting strategy and coverage as needed to find the right talent in the shortest amount of time.

Administration:

  • Update Application Tracking System (ATS) with requisite and candidate status updates immediately upon receiving notice of information / changes. Review all requisites daily to ensure accurate information is recorded in the system.
  • Provide feedback and hiring information to all applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience regardless of selection decision.
  • Assist with providing Hiring Managers weekly activity reports highlighting search progress and disposition of candidates.
  • Produce dashboard metrics reporting and present to leadership on the recruiting performance of corporate and technical roles as requested.

 

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years recruiting and at least 3 years technical recruiting experience, including working with a fast-paced technology company
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of candidate sourcing, screening, engaging candidates, and managing the full candidate experience while providing exceptional service levels with hiring managers
  • Proven sourcing strategies and techniques that attract the most passive and active technology candidates
  • Must be assertive and have strong interpersonal skills and business acumen
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Must be able to work well independently and consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and passion for recruiting
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential
  • Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and provide a high level of service throughout the candidate interview and selection process
