We are seeking a driven and competitive leader to focus on our Ecommerce and Inbound Business. The Ecommerce Director will be responsible for establishing, tracking and optimizing ecommerce sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of B2B Ecommerce sales and strategy along with at least 3 years sales leadership experience with direct reports.

Major Responsibilities

  • Create and implement ecommerce strategy to sell and auto renew ecommerce subscriptions to drive triple digit YoY growth
  • Lead and project cross functional collaboration between product, sales, marketing, traffic, and online messaging
  • Carry P&L responsibility for Ecommerce and Inbound channels
  • Executes a compelling digital experience including solutions catalogue management, merchandising, creative content, user experience and search engine optimization
  • Partners with tech and product to ensures UX and technical capabilities drive sales through customer engagement.
  • Implements post-sale usage and renewal/upsell strategy via ecommerce purchasing
  • Leverages creative assets across all platforms and product knowledge is leveraged to bring product to market and tell the product and brand story
  • Directly manage inbound sales team day to day including closing deals and routing to the appropriate sales channel if required based on account opportunity

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field with a minimum of 5-10 years in B2B Ecommerce sales and strategy
  • Experience in business-to-business SaaS/Software or Data/Technology Services preferred
  • Expertise and proven success in translating business strategy and analysis into a successful consumer product. 
  • Strong knowledge of current interactive channels and trends in online brand development, particularly in social media, online video, email marketing, websites and e-commerce
  • Expertise in using web analytics and sales data to conduct analysis, draw conclusions and drive actions based on multiple data sources
  • Proven track record of success working in a fast paced, high-growth environment
  • Exceptional sales leadership, with a track record of leading high performing teams
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
