JOB PURPOSE

The implementation coordinator will be responsible for joining protocol / kick-off meetings and new client system set up. The implementation coordinator is responsible for working closely with clients, Integrations Specialists, and Account Managers to ensure set up is executed timely and accurately.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY

Client Protocol

-   Attend protocol meeting with sales and client to determine account specifications and customization

-       Review new client documents to ensure they are completed accurately

-  Work closely with WebACE™ Integration Specialists and Drug Screening on special requirements

-       Follow-up with sales and/or client if any additional information is needed for setup

WebACE™ Setup and Customization

-     Follow established procedure for entering a new account into WebACE™

-     Customize WebACE™ to meet client requirements

-     Communicate client protocol and expectations to the appropriate departments

-     Keep sales informed on progress

-     Communicate completion of setup with client, sales, and department managers

Post-Implementation

-     Enter all client communication, documentation and account notes into Zoho and WebACE™ CRM

-     Answer initial client questions then transition client to  Client Services

 

 

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

-     Microsoft Office

-     Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

-     Above-average attention to details

-     Analytical Skills

-     Above-average time management skills

-     Ability to plan, prioritize and execute several projects at once

-     Reasoning Ability: Above-average ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

 

Preferred

-     2-5 years of related experience in project management
