Senior Integration Solution Architects partner with the sales force and its leaders to help increase revenue and achieve sales goals within CareerBuilder’s most vital customer accounts. Senior ISA’s, in an unbiased fashion, use their technical, sales, and recruiting software business acumen to understand client needs and collaborate resources to present the best possible solution design while also deepening existing client integration to protect and maintain account revenue.

The Senior ISA is responsible for defining customer technical requirements related to recruitment technology and custom solution design and is responsible for creating solution scopes, working with technology to finalize solution design, and present solutions directly to reps and customers. Senior ISA’s collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure customer needs are being met and sales targets are being reached, including but not limited to: Sales, Automated Posting Solutions, Engagement and Services, Client Support, Product Development, Integration, Business Development, and Customer Success.  Being consultative and solutions-oriented are critical for this position as is fostering and leveraging partnership relations with our customer’s key 3rd party vendors and systems.


As a Senior Integration Solution Architect (SISA):

  • You will uncover technology requirements, develop a solution sales strategy with the sales team and create effective presentations that address customer requirements and specific needs
  • Understand our salesforce’s selling philosophy and practices in order to present technology solutions to them and customers in a way that’s tailored to the specific audience. IE:  keeping it simple to an HR group vs. being more technical with an Engineering group
  • Lead sales rep coaching and new-hire integration ramp-up sessions
  • Lead Sales team integration trainings to ensure strong working knowledge in an ever-changing realm
  • Stay in consistent contact with the leaders of your defined sales territory to ensure business goals are understood and strived for
  • Assist with RFP and SOW design and provide technical details and requirements
  • Work with Product Development during technical implementation of new products and solutions and be an active part of the rollout to ensure proficiency and understanding on the customer side
  • Act as a calming voice and unbiased consultant to ensure the customer’s best short and long term interests are at heart in any product/solution pitch or meeting
  • Participate in customer meetings / calls and forge in-person relationships – 20-30% travel

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, Communication, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing external customer projects and consultative relationships with a focus on key goal achievement
  • 3+ years of experience in the general Solution Architect world
  • Demonstrated success of delivering professional services to enterprise clients and participation in the sales process
  • Experience in the evaluation and optimization of the user experience with technology as the key aspect of the project’s success
  • A clear understanding of recruiting technology. IE:  ATSes, HRIS systems, job distributors, etc
  • A thorough understanding of SaaS, Web Services/API, and enterprise application integration concepts
  • Willingness to travel – 20-30%
