What’s the role?

Process Improvement Analysts will be responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing improvements through training and business processes. The Process Improvement Analyst will also champion...

  • Conducting thorough audits of standard operating procedures/fulfilled work/ongoing training needs/approaches for new procedures
  • Leading report recommendations for improvements/standardizations to management on an ongoing basis
  • Partnering with management and other Process Improvement Analysts to ensure consistency in monitoring/tracking/reporting

Further responsibilities include:

  • Identifies training gaps and delivers supplemental training as needed to existing employees
  • Collaborates frequently with the Instructional Designer/Department Trainer regarding recommendations/updates to training content/materials
  • Participates in the pre-planning/planning, development, testing, training and deployment of software applications
  • Evaluates common trends and risks using the audit data; works with managers to recommend process improvements to reduce/eliminate common errors/risks
  • Identifies gaps with processes/system and opportunities for improvement and offer resolution
  • Conducts quality audits of orders and document all findings
  • Reviews all compliance driven data to develop corrective action plans and drive these plans to completion
  • Presents monthly to management on recommendations, risks, trends and findings processed ensuring all necessary paperwork is attached and that all necessary protocols are followed
  • Plans and executes projects to improve the workflow and fulfillment of technology and product
  • Supports training of new and existing employees on all updated processes
  • Performs multiple projects simultaneously and working with varying team members and other departments
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned, inclusive of department expectations

Job Requirements:

What do we need from you? 

We need people who enjoy working in a fast paced, production driven environment! People who will work hard and have fun doing it! We need people who work well under pressure, like to be challenged and understand how critical it is to get the client experience right!  

Oh, and we need these things too...

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College Degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a process improvement analyst role preferred
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with strong emphasis on Excel skills required
  • Strong ability to perform detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to work with various business groups and technical partners
  • Strong communication and analytical skills are essential
  • Strong knowledge of learning and development best practices
  • Strong knowledge in Salesforce
  • Self-directed with excellent follow through
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for driving execution at a detail level
  • Develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end user procedures
  • Ability to make timely recommendations to effectively solve problems, using independent judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies and procedures
