What You’ll Be Working On


You will be responsible for leading a Product team comprised of multiple Product Managers, each managing a complex part of the overall Talent Acquisition platform, working in an scarf agile methodology alongside dedicated Design and Engineering teams. 


Each product team is responsible for a different recruiter facing application and/or platform module, in support of the Talent Discovery product line. These teams must be highly coordinated with numerous other teams and you will need to influence your peers and numerous stakeholders from across the organization.


You will also be responsible for championing and validating the vision with executive level partners. Ultimately, this role will impact hundreds of internal team members across our sales organization as they empower customers to have an experience that is best in class. 


In this function, you will also guide Product Managers in their personal and professional development.


We're looking for someone who can:

  • Demonstrate a high level of comfort with analytical approaches and quantitative methods
  • Bring a flexible, collaborative approach to problem solving, in which creative and quick thinking can lead to a solution in hours rather than days
  • Be An action oriented, independent, self-starter comfortable working in an unstructured, fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive products and competing priorities simultaneously with minimum guidance and high attention to detail
  • Bring discipline and process improvement to the product organization. Enable the company to scale in terms of delivering products to market.
  • Ensure the organization has the product capacity to fulfill the broader vision while supporting near-term strategy and business priorities across the entire suite of CareerBuilder's Talent Acquisition products.
  • Collaborate well with the existing executive team. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, design and engineering.
  • Lead an existing team of 6 product managers
  • Convincingly communicate product vision, solutions and benefits to user groups, partners and stakeholders


Job Requirements:


  • Minimum of 10 years of product development experience. 
  • Minimum of 5 years managing people 
  • 5 years of product management for a sellable software product (Prefer 2 or more companies) 
  • Product Specification at Product requirements, functional specification and technical specification.
  • Substantial customer facing experience
  • Understand and utilize tool suites (Atlassian, Google Analytics, etc) to report on progress and the success of product and software solutions
