As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing support activities for the CareerBuilder Customer Solutions Marketing team. You will be responsible for maintaining product marketing support activities for a variety of CareerBuilder B2B products.  Support functions will include managing and maintaining web page copy and content, data sheets, sales materials and internal communication on products. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into marketing materials is critical. 

  • Help to create differentiated value messaging for CareerBuilder B2B products and pull through proof points to use in campaigns & enablement.
  • Maintain & help to create product marketing bundles for multiple CareerBuilder B2B products including data sheets, web page copy/content, PowerPoint slides and sales materials. 
  • Update product marketing materials on a consistent cadence in partnership with the creative team to ensure the most up to date product information is communicated to customers. 
  • Work with creative teams to ensure all materials are on brand and consistent with all marketing assets and templates. 
  • Manage internal communication to sales, product, implementation and support teams when product updates or changes occur on supported products. 
  • Assist in seasonal go to market release efforts and in building product marketing materials for new product launches up to and including research (competitive, win/loss, buyer insights etc) 
  • Provide additional support coverage to the product marketing managers on strategic campaigns as needed. 

Job Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of B2B Marketing, or similar experience required 
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required with demonstrated proficiency in business writing and marketing communications
  • Must approach daily challenges with a positive outlook and be approachable to others both internally and externally to the organization.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities with ease and composure, while continuing to meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to coordinate and effectively prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Pardot Marketing Automation, and Adobe design products not necessary but a bonus
