Position Overview

As the Release Readiness Analyst for CareerBuilder, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting with new product and feature releases. You will act as the liaison between our product owners and cross-functional teams to help facilitate the transfer of information prior to the release of a product or feature to the market.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Senior Release Manager & Product Owners to execute on defining customer goals, activities, or problems for which a new solution is being developed.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner’s to execute our “Release Readiness Process” for new products and features.
  • Create release timelines for new products and feature releases.
  • Collaborate with product owners to fulfill the pre-release requirements of our customer care teams.
  • Analyze feature and product releases and outline needed marketing collateral.
  • Creating and maintaining visual progress tracking of the various releases.

 

Job Requirements:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
  • 2+ year’s prior experience as a support or project manager with evidence of associated career growth.
  • Domain experience in HR Software solutions.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to deliver a timely response to inquiry and decisions
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal. Additional emphasis on collaboration and team building.
  • Experience and willingness to coordinate with our global teams, and act as a liaison between our internal teams.

 

Essential Functions

  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time to product meetings and conferences.
  • Ability to work across teams, and communicate actions items, goals, and outcomes effectively.
