Position Summary

We are looking for a high energy, self-starter who prides themselves on having strong analytical and customer service skills. This individual holds themselves to a high standard of performance and has a “Get It Done” attitude to the join the Business Operations Team. In this role you will partner and have open communication with all areas of the Sales Leadership Team, Finance, HR and various shared Services Teams to ensure for optimum performance and return from our Compensation Plans. The Sales Compensation Analyst will work within the framework of the Team’s long-term objectives in optimizing resources, technology and innovation across the department.   As a result, you are seen as a strategic partner to Senior Business Leaders with high visibility across the organization.

 

Duties: 

  • Administer the Global Sales Compensation Plan related to Sales Incentives for 350+ Employees
  • Ensure the Comp Plans are applied consistent with Plan Policies and Financial Controls
  • Maintain and update Employee Data within our systems
  • Resolve Bonus related inquiries, such as system access issues, transactions disputes, credits, and payment calculations
  • Forecast Bonus Expense
  • Partner with the Finance to ensure accurate crediting of transactions
  • Partner with Human Resources to create processes to administer offers and non-standard terms, such as draws and sign-on bonuses
  • Partner with Payroll Team to ensure accurate Bonuses are delivered on time
  • Assist with the configuration, testing, and administration of Sales Compensation Tools including Comp Plans, Employee Work Status, Territory and Account Assignment, Crediting Rules, Compensation Targets, Quotas, and Draw Payments
  • Evaluate Comp Plans and processes to initiate change when needed for optimum performance and return
  • Provide support during the Annual Comp Plan Modeling Process such as historical performance analysis and modelling
  • Additional AD HOC reporting, training, and/or tech projects may be assigned throughout the year based on need from Sales/Finance Leadership

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field
  • 3-5 years related Sales Compensation or Financial Analytics
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Sales Force, Tableau, Compensation System, HRIS, BPC preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills required. Must possess a high level of interpersonal skills including the ability to understand the situation and formulate a resolution or path to resolve.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively assist with adherence to deadlines, attention to detail and strong problem solving and decision-making.
  • Willing to accept and function in a constantly changing, fast paced environment.
