  • Blueprint accounts, identify whitespace, buyers and potential sales opportunities
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Employ creative lead generation tactics to uncover potential sales prospects
  • Identify multiple buyers/ decision makers within an organization
  • Source and target new clients through cold calling and email communications
  • Generating new appointments thru inbound leads and outbound dials at a high volume each week
  • Set meetings and create opportunities for senior sales representatives within the department
  • Partnering with senior members of the sales team to gain sales techniques and learning best practices- ideal career path to outside sales
  • Consistently meet or exceed goals and metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • Become a subject matter expert on employment screening, recruitment landscape, and how the economy impacts today’s workforce.  


Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Able to self-motivate and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong sense of initiative and desire to achieve
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into the employment screening industry
  • High activity sales environment- Scheduling 10+ appointments per week
  • Experience with conceptual sales, solution selling and value-based selling
  • Experience with B2B sales
  • Experience selling into multiple buyers/ decision makers within an organization
  • Experience with software or services sales
  • Experience in multi-level relationships within accounts
