As a Sales Enablement Analyst – , your mission is to ensure that deep insights generated through sales analytics, processes and tools translate into scalable impact within the organization.  Using your proven analytical abilities, you work with multiple sources of quantitative and qualitative data to produce impactful insights for business problems.  You focus on providing high caliber, quality deliverables and use top tier communication and relationship-building skills to provide excellent customer service.  You are a self-starter who is proactive, collaborative, flexible and adaptable; you take initiative to regularly and effectively participate in, manage and prioritize cross-functional teams, projects and requests.  You consistently exhibit domain knowledge and expertise in key industry and organizational areas.  As a result, you are seen as a strategic partner to senior business leaders with high visibility across the organization.


  • Work cross-functionally to identify and prioritize business problems
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of producing impactful solutions that scale across the organization
  • Determine the right analytics, processes and tools needed for analyses
  • Bring multiple disparate sources together to conduct analyses
  • Compile and deliver meaningful insights and recommendations that the business can interpret and act upon
  • Effectively communicate solution benefits and ROI to business users to drive adoption
  • Regularly evaluate and audit sales operations analytics, processes and tools to ensure they are keeping up with changes in the business
  • Exhibit tangible domain knowledge and expertise within all partnerships and specializations
  • Serve as a liaison and provide consistent thought leadership and customer service to senior stakeholders in sales, product, marketing, technology and operations
  • Ensure compliance with current organizational structure, territory policies, realignment processes, ownership rules, data integrity and operating agreements


Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years analyst experience required in sales, business, consulting and/or finance
  • Proficient to advanced skills in MS Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and OneDrive), and other internal systems and sales tools (Tableau or PowerBI knowledge is a plus)
  • 2+ years experience in sales enablement, operations, or marketing programs including, but not limited to: training design, delivery and measurement, communications, strategy, and relationship management
