Career Builder is looking for energetic, motivated sales professionals to join our Healthcare Sales team.  The Senior Account Executive is responsible for selling CareerBuilder's suite of products, from small deals to complex solutions that align with the client's vision.

Most importantly, you are an expert at solving problems by researching your clients/prospects, learning about their industry and business, and identifying challenges they currently and prospectively may face; and will educate the potential customer on CareerBuilder’s superior value proposition.

Job Summary:

Areas of focus

  • Identify multiple decision makers throughout organizations and present impactful data and information to illustrate their pains and propose meaningful solutions
  • Ability to uncover qualified business opportunities, leverage the company’s expertise, industry profile, and knowledge of the industry to contact potential buyers
  • Schedule meetings, trainings, and demonstrations for sales prospects
  • Strategic and organized thinking in working to eagerly generate and cultivate relationships
  • Managing activity in Salesforce including creating new accounts, assigning category of business, tracking opportunities, to ensure efficient account management
  • Responsible for writing proposals and strategizing deals
  • Tenacious and driven, you are truly passionate about helping your clients become more efficient and profitable. 
  • Perform as a key member of a fast-paced sales team with skills in strategically managing & developing revenue opportunities
  • Be a positive representative of CareerBuilder and its brand in the marketplace
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Requirements

  • Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 2 – 4 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of sales success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business
  • Tenacious and driven, you are truly passionate about helping your clients/prospects become more efficient and profitable
  • Solutions based sales experience
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • SAAS sales experience preferred
  • HCM experience preferred
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Comfort being held to metrics
  • Consistent successful history meeting/exceeding monthly/annual sales quotas
  • Prior experience in sales forecasting
  • Ability to recognize the potential customers’ needs and finding the appropriate solution based on CB’S product profile
  • Able to think creatively and independently
  • Versatile and calm problem solver
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Self-starting attitude and an aim to advance in the company
  • Flourishes in a fast paced, team environment and handles time effectively 
  • Strong presentation skills; comfortable in front of senior leadership and decision makers
  • MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Must be comfortable on phone
  • Frequent computer use
  • Need to be able to sit at a desk
