We are seeking a dynamic leader to execute and evaluate Ecommerce strategy to drive sales for Ecommerce and Inbound Business. The Sr. Manager of Ecommerce will be responsible for establishing, tracking and optimizing ecommerce sales initiatives.

  • Create and implement ecommerce strategy to sell and auto renew ecommerce subscriptions to drive triple digit YoY growth
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the team
  • Lead and project cross functional collaboration between product, sales, marketing, traffic, and online messaging
  • Translate business strategy and analysis into a successful consumer product. Carry P&L responsibility for Ecommerce and Inbound channels
  • Executes a compelling digital experience including solutions catalogue management, merchandising, creative content, user experience and search engine optimization
  • Partners with tech and product to ensures UX and technical capabilities drive sales through customer engagement.
  • Implements post-sale usage and renewal/upsell strategy via Ecommerce purchasing
  • Leverages creative assets across all platforms and product knowledge is leveraged to bring product to market and tell the product and brand story
  • Directly manage inbound sales team day to day including closing deals and routing to the appropriate sales channel if required based on account opportunity

 

 

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field 5-10 years in in B2B Ecommerce sales and strategy
  • Experience managing others
  • Experience in business-to-business SaaS/Software or Data/Technology Services preferred
  • Strong knowledge of current interactive channels and trends in online brand development, particularly in social media, online video, email marketing, websites and e-commerce
  • Expertise in using web analytics and sales data to conduct analysis, draw conclusions and drive actions based on multiple data sources
