 As Senior Product Manager, you will help define and build new products and features for CareerBuilder’s Talent Acquisition products. Working cross-functionally, you will engage with other product managers, engineers, design, operations, sales and the executive team to bring features and products to market that provide maximum business value to customers along with a great user experience. Your responsibilities will be end to end, from problem discovery and user story refinement all the way through to delivering optimal solutions to those problems. Action driven, you will break down complex problems into steps that drive innovative product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
  • Work closely and collaboratively with design, engineering and other product teams to enhance product and foster integration with other company products
  • Create use cases, requirements and user stories for product development
  • Scope and prioritize development based on business and customer impact
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
  • Measure the success of features tracking product usage and impact on end users
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in areas of product responsibility
  • Understanding the market landscape including competition, technology, and how our product fits within the broader ecosystem
  • Mentor junior team members on the product team

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferable in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience in product lifecycle management
  • Background in software development and program management is preferred
  • Experience using data to drive decision  making
  • Familiarity with Agile framework
  • Organizational and leadership abilities
  • Problem-solving aptitude able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
  • Creating thinking with the ability to envision a world different than the status quo then articulate a clear path to get there
  • Self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
