Job Summary:

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager in our Sourcing Solutions group, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery & business development of an assigned external client base/book of business. You will oversee the strategy and delivery of recruitment processes and will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery, and performance management of a team of 5-10 recruiters. In summary, your job is to ensure we are retaining and growing our client base through exceptional service delivery and exceeding expectations.



  • Driving overall client satisfaction, retention, and growth within book of business
  • Work to identify additional business opportunities within current clients through relationship building and successful delivery
  • Performance management, retention, career pathing, training and development of direct reports
  • Partner with internal sales & success teams on revenue recognition, client development, and retention for all clients
  • Prepare data/information, monthly reporting and attend client meetings
  • Quarterly business reviews for relevant clients
  • Ensures current teams meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Responsible for monitoring project performance and ensuring that each project has the resources needed (people & media) for success
  • Responsible for overseeing Offshore resource allocation for additional project support



Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of specialized recruitment experience including creation and deployment of recruitment strategies
  • Experience interfacing with clients directly
  • Minimal travel may be necessary
