Design and oversee MuleSoft Platform usage within our existing ecosystem. Advise best practices and provide training and guidance to other developers. Understand CareerBuilder Employment Screening’s business model and primary entities in order to enable effective communication between products and vendors. Support product and development teams in efforts to integrate with vendors and each other. Determine how to scale fulfillment responsibilities with non- or less-technical specialist staff. Monitor and report success using a data-driven approach.

 

  • Responsible for the leading design, development and implementation of any modifications, extensions or upgrades
  • Required to participate in every aspect of the implementation, including design, development, QA, data conversion/migration and documentation
  • Collaborate with other internal and external technical resources, as well as functional Business Analysts and Project Managers
  • Design, development and support of integration solutions on the Mulesoft platform
  • Support DevOps and automation processes for the Mulesoft platform to bring efficiencies and improve quality
  • Drive migration strategy from legacy integrations patterns to API based and event based integrations using the Mulesoft platform
  • Identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout projects, develop and implement mitigation measures
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code

 

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience using Mulesoft
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or application design (preferred)
  • Previous success in large-scale Mulesoft roll-out (Line of business preferred)
  • Experience developing scalable, reliable and highly - available APIs
  • Experience in microservice architecture and service - oriented architecture concepts
  • Experience in one or more of following languages: Java, C#/VB.NET, Node.js
  • Experience with unit testing and integration testing
  • Familiar with infrastructure and deployment automation
