Summary of the Job:
The Strategic Development Manager (SDM), Agency Partners, is a pivotal role that leverages expertise in Sales, Customer Success, Project Management, or Partner/Channel Relationship Management to drive the onboarding of new and expansion of existing media Agency Partners. You will collaborate seamlessly with Agency contacts, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional support teams. The primary focus is on cultivating the growth of the Agency revenue stream for CareerBuilder, presenting an excellent opportunity for individuals to contribute significantly to a rapidly expanding and vital segment of CareerBuilder’s business.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Onboard new Agency partners, ensuring a swift start and fostering long-term success.
- Manage existing Agency partner accounts, emphasizing revenue growth by representing all CareerBuilder subscription and performance-based solutions, consistently meeting partner KPIs.
- Collaborate across various teams within CareerBuilder, spanning product, integrations, marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
- Conduct daily Agency partner performance evaluations, covering feed setup and management, issue representation and resolution, bi-weekly and/or monthly partner business reviews, training, and creation of marketing collateral.
- Blueprint and execute strategic account plans, adapting to an evolving Go-To-Market strategy.
Job Requirements:
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- 3+ years of account/channel sales development and management experience.
- Background in Partnership/Channel, Vendor, Agency, and/or Enterprise client management, with Recruitment Media Agency experience as a plus.
- Agile mindset, comfortable with a start-up mentality within a corporate structure, and a strong desire to learn.
- Dedication to proactive, outbound, and consistent professional communication, resulting in high engagement with both external and internal clients.
- Positive attitude with a capacity to thrive in cross-functional, remote, and matrix organizations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Office 365, Tableau, and other relevant pipeline and presentation tools.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related courses.
Minimum Years of Experience:
3-5 years of experience in software application support or service organization
