Job Summary

We are seeking Implementation Specialist(s) to join our Implementation team. The primary role of an Implementation Specialist is to build and configure CareerBuilder products in a timely manner while ensuring a positive client experience through high quality service and communication. Core responsibilities include: implementing advanced, complex technical talent acquisition CareerBuilder products, overseeing overall implementation upon contract activation and confirming products are ready for customer consumption.

Major Responsibilities / Activities

  • Function as a subject matter expert in our system’s functionality and how customers use our Talent Acquisition products.
  • Create and implement advanced talent acquisition CareerBuilder products such as (custom career sites, scraping customer sites to acquire jobs, create microsites, design internal onesheet and/or videos, implement pixel tracking)
  • Ongoing communication with client throughout implementation process ensuring customer requirements are met
  • Troubleshoot technical/process related queries from other internal teams
  • Maintain Departmental Standards for Quality and Satisfaction Metrics 
  • Share ideas with team collaboratively. Ensure team’s focus remains on customer. Take ownership of and pulls through on overall implementation for accounts.

Job Requirements:

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) or equivalent experience 
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in software application support or service organization 
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce.com or similar CRM system preferred 
  • Knowledge of HTML and XSLT  and web scraping technique; Data aggregation services background is ideal as there will be a need to aggregate data from job posting sites
  • Intermediate-Advanced level of HTML, CSS, booststrap (can create 5 pages of a website from a PSD in 3 or less days using a master template);
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript; basics of NodeJS and PHP
  • Intermediate level Photoshop (export, import images, verifying pixels metrics to use in a build, can navigate between several layers, knows where to find text)
  • Required to work during APAC/EMEA/US Business shift hours
