We are looking for a Product Director Programmatic to lead our next evolution strengthening our programmatic offerings.

 

In this role, the Product Director Programmatic will be responsible for defining and execution of CareerBuilder’s product roadmap that meets/exceeds campaign performance resulting in job seekers in finding & applying to job postings, while partnering across the Product team for a collaborative approach to supply path optimization (SPO) and bid strategy creating one multi-channel, cohesive go-to-market media execution that serves both sides of CareerBuilder’s marketplace.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver the CareerBuilder programmatic product strategy and campaign outreach to increase conversion of job seeker traffic to job applications that they are a good fit for.

    Serve as escalation for campaign troubleshooting, performance issues, and partner management

    Contribute to support larger media initiatives across the organization lead by marketing and other teams.

    Ensure performance benchmarks and KPI goals for respective channels and initiatives

    Identify areas for opportunity to improve current procedures, and grow internal team capability.

    Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8+ years managing website & email optimization and SEO for maximum performance
  • 6+ years of Digital experience, with emphasis in programmatic media management
  • Knowledge of biddable platforms (search or social) and/or ad-tech
  • Experience leading distributed teams
  • Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables & project timelines efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, experience with Excel and PowerPoint a must
  • Strong project management skills
  • Detail oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills

**This role is remote. All CareerBuilder teams are currently remote due to COVID-19. When it is safe to return to the office, those teams will transition back to the office, but this role can remain remote**
