Essential Responsibilities:

 

Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close using consultative sales methods

Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets by maintaining a high level of Sales activity.

Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.

Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each.

Engage and service existing customers (key accounts) to have a smooth renewal of accounts. Develop a great reputation with key accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Provide forecasts on the best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods.

Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve the company brand and reputation.

Job Requirements:

Required Knowledge and Skills:

 

  • Experience with conceptual sales, lead generation, cold calling, and value-based selling.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Proven corporate sales experience.
  • Exposure to international sales would be an advantage.
  • Track record of overachieving sales targets.
  • Able to self-motivate and work independently.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Education:

Any relevant Graduation with MBA or Business Administration degree.

 

Minimum Years of Experience:

3- 6 years of experience.
