Summary of the Job:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible for achieving targets on the deployment of the Source & Screen recruitment process. The TA Specialist will own the recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and maintaining an actionable pipeline for each project assigned.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Deploy day-to-day recruitment strategy to determine project direction
  • Create and deploy online recruitment media as needed
  • Creating and maintaining a passive strategy to build a candidate pipeline for each project assigned
  • True passive sourcing including cold calling, niche board sourcing and data-mining
  • Develop creative and engaging ways to build relationships with candidates to provide an exceptional experience
  • Candidate Screening; including screening resumes and phone interviewing
  • Accountable to the candidate process as they move through the recruitment process
  • Provide specific candidate feedback to the client through regular touchpoint calls
  • Working with candidates to schedule them with hiring managers for additional interviews
  • Responsible for effectively coaching and collaborating with Offshore Resources assigned to co-support delivery on recruitment projects
  • Responsible to meet or exceed performance targets and SLAs

 

Job Requirements:

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience leading conversations with both internal and external partners
  • Experience with various ATS systems, job boards, cold calling, and Boolean search strings.
  • Proficient communicator with high attention to detail
  • Customer Service orientation
  • Technically inclined with advanced MS Office skills
  • Applicant Tracking System experience
  • A proven organization with creative thinking
  • Self-motivated and flexible
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proven track record of providing an exceptional level of service to hiring managers and candidates
  • Proven sourcing strategies and techniques that attract the most passive and active candidates
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum Years of Experience:

1 year of specialized technical recruitment experience including the creation and deployment of recruitment strategies

 

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent phone and computer use
  • Creating written communications
  • Able to sit/stand at a desk
  • Able to bend, sit, stand, lift boxes or equipment (between 0-15 lbs)
