JOB DESCRIPTION 

As the Director of Integrated Programs, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing. 

You will be responsible for leading the formation of a best-in-class integrated programs practice at CareerBuilder. You will be responsible for developing and executing programs that drive interest, engagement and demand to support the CareerBuilder pipeline, bookings and revenue goals. 

You will work directly with the Marketing Leadership team, the Field Sales team and marketing team channel experts to develop and execute integrated programs, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and nurture programs, that support our business goals across new customer acquisition as well as current customer base expansion. You will work closely with the Customer Solutions Marketing team to turn customer insights into innovative campaign strategies and messaging that drives measurable results. 

The ideal candidate will be a strategic-thinker and possess deep expertise in integrated marketing programs execution in enterprise software, preferably in SaaS. 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead the cross-functional collaboration of various teams to execute B2B campaigns
  • Drive the development and introduction of an Integrated Marketing programs practiceto support our pipeline, bookings and revenue goals. 
  • Define strategy and framework for integrated marketing programs to drive growth in new customer acquisition as well as customer base expansion.
  • Partner closely with Field Marketing, Events and Digital Marketing experts, as well as the Creative Services team to design and execute integrated marketing programs.
  • Work with Customer Solutions Marketing to leverage product & services positioning/messaging, as well as target persona data to develop innovative and effective integrated programs andtactics drive business results. 
  • Align with sales leadership to strategize and prioritize investments and integrated program goals with the ability to adjust to changing market conditions.
  • Work with Marketing Operations & Sales Operations toforecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact and ROI of integrated programs on our demand funnel, as well as pipeline and bookings results. 
  • Identify trends impacting our customers and shaping our industry and creating communications strategies to demonstrate our leadership.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, business or related discipline required; MBA preferred
  • 5+years experience in B2B technology communications, with a depth of experience in enterprise SaaS. 
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and execution of Integrated Marketing campaigns, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker, with the ability to translate company and product direction into effective integrated program strategies and plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with customers and internal leadership at all levels, along with effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
