Job Summary:

The Junior Product Development Analyst is responsible for identifying solutions and designing detailed processes to improve CBES processes for internal and external customer experience. This individual will work with internal and external customers to identify requirements for new technology and create solutions to meet these needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal customers to identify requirements for new technology
  • Analyze and interpret information received using deductive and inductive reasoning skills to identify the best solution for the business
  • Articulate solutions in a “Scope of Work” design document and follow through to completion, working with relevant parties on the training and release of the technology
  • Interview internal customers to determine the nature of the request for product changes and how it impacts other areas of the business; incorporate feedback into the Scope of Work
  • Write proposals for technology upgrades and present to key stakeholders for approval
  • Create detailed logic flows and mock-ups of technology, referencing existing technology as needed, to identify the changes to be made and their anticipate impact to the system
  • Test and review technology to ensure it matches implementation specifications
  • Identify gaps in the original Scope of Work that need to be addressed
  • Respond to questions from developers, end-users, and quality testers
  • Provide support for the creation of any relevant training materials for new technology


Job Requirements:

  • High school degree or GED
  • Information technology, computer science, or other related degree (preferred)
  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant industry experience
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal comprehension skills
  • Ability to analyze a situation and isolate root causes
  • Previous experience using proprietary systems
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive)
