We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sr. Product Manager to lead our small business product offering and ecommerce experience. 

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail oriented, influential and a seasoned problem solver with solid product management experience. Candidate must demonstrate subject matter expertise in delivering e-commerce or SaaS products with view from "Cart to Customer Fulfillment" .


The right person should have managed product P&L, defining the strategy, requirements, delivery and business success of a SaaS product within the eCommerce vertical. 

Responsibilities

  • Accountable as product owner for the product vision,and delivery cycle for the ecommerce and checkout paths. 
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle; defining a new small-business customer roadmap, customer experience, requirements, design, development; testing; and launching on-time on a regular schedule. 
  • Collaborating with Marketing and small business P&L owners for defining CareerBuilder's market strategy, competitive intelligence, customer needs, product scope, release planning, Go-to-Market efforts, launch and market success. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams and cross functional teams in development (R&D), project management, sales, marketing, finance and partner channels, to successfully drive business objectives through influence. 
  • Identify market trends, perform competitive analysis and monetize opportunities. 
  • Lead the day-to-day product operations, outlining KPI, measuring usage, customer satisfaction, adoption/engagement, and identifying up-sell strategies. 
  • Manage business priorities with scaled agile/scrum approach and balance technical challenges, feature benefits, cost, and delivery schedules. 
  • Influence peers to get product features prioritized and delivered that meet the specialized needs of an ecommerce/small business client. 

Job Requirements:

  • BA/ BS Degree or equivalent 
  • Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a product management or related roles 
  • Minimum 3+ years of demonstrable experience in the following verticals: E-commerce / B2B SaaS / Recruiting and/or HR Tech
  • Customer engagement practitioner who understands the questions to ask through site visits, qualitative, and quantitative market research 
  • SaaS and software product management with deep understanding of software lifecycle 
  • Experience with software delivery using agile development process, working with user story boards, backlog, stack ranking methods and agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc. 
  • Able to work in a global and geographically distributed team model, across multiple time zones 
  • Excellent communicator, with ability to effectively present to executives 
  • Hands-on product manager, willing to get deeply involved when required 
  • Team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and influence 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, making sound decisions independently with clear vision and minimal supervision 

  • Additional Skills
  • Experience managing consumer-facing products, or services is desirable.
